No more meat, no more milk
That's it. I will not say I have become a vegetarian, but I have stopped using meat and I don't use milk products anymore. I still use cheese. And if it so happens I will still eat meat sometimes.
I am very content with this change in my food consumption. Some weeks ago I became forty nine years old and I wondered what would change in my life. Forty nine is a bit special. It's seven times seven and seven is some kind of a magical number in the science of the UvC. Seven cosmic degrees, seven spheres of light, seven of darkness, seven degrees of life, etc. etc.
The main reason why I stopped eating meat was that my stomach felt so big and blown up after eating meat and it gave an unpleasent restless kind of drive down there. Now that I have stopped that's all over. I feel much better. My sleep at night also improves. I wonder what more will change like that in the future due to this.
I now use soya-drink instead of milk. I used to use milk for my breakfast cereal, but soya-drink is a very good replacement for that. They only downside about soya-drink is that it's 99 cents a liter and milk only 49 or so. But I will go on with it. I am determined. Vegetable food is much better. You leave a much smaller carbon footprint on the earth and it fits tremendously well in the spheres of light. People overthere eat meat not at all.
Does this mean my biological clock is cosmic aligned?
