The Structure of the Spiritual World
There are three principal areas in the spiritual world: the conscious worlds, the unconscious worlds and the world for rebirth.
Usually the conscious worlds are referred to as the spheres of light (heaven) and the unconscious worlds as the spheres of darkness (hell).
The conscious worlds consist of seven consecutive spheres of light. The first is not light, it's more like dawn, just before sun comes up. The first three spheres are attuned to earth. You can have sex there just like on earth. If you leave earth you can enter at most the third sphere of light. This rarely happens to people. You must serve and give love to evolve in the light.
Evolving to higher spheres also means that having sex like on earth changes into spiritual love and sex. You still have sex, but in a different way and stronger.
Between the conscious and the unconsious worlds is the twilight zone. It is neither light, nor dark. People there face the choice of which way they want to go.
The unconsious worlds consist of seven consecutive spheres of darkness. There is no fire in there, it is cold and dark. The deeper you go, the intenser the darkness is and the less life you have. Mass-killers and horrible blood-thirsty dictators lay down in the seventh sphere like jelly-fish on the beach. It will take them ages before they can come back to earth and start making up for what they have done wrong.
The world of Rebirth is where souls are asleep and waiting to be attracted again by two souls on earth. This sleep can vary from a few months to hundreds of years. In that period the soul comes to rest. All memories and emotions sink down into the unconsiousness of the sleeping soul.
The spiritual world do not have a geographic location in space. They are around you, it is a matter of inner attunement to one sphere or another. The attunement of your inner life determines in what sphere you will be when your life on earth is over.
Breaking the carmic law of murder will bring you irreversably to a sphere of darkness, without exception.
The astral world is the same as the spiritual world.
Also, the astral body is the same as the spiritual body. And they are the same as the soul, the inner life.
You cannot be in two places at the same time. This does not exclude disembodiement. When someone has disengaged it's physical organism it's consciousness is still at one place at a time.
